Roger’s work takes on the postmodern American landscape, from strip malls to Las Vegas, but this time he also takes us into outer space – and into the immersive world of multi-projector work. Some of these works involve up to eight simultaneously running projectors. Thus, they are also “performance films,” since as Roger says, “they can only be screened with [the filmmaker] actually running the projectors – and running from projector to projector.”For more information on the Beebe event, go here. Roger’s last appearance at Eyedrum resulted in an engaging show and a lively post-screening discussion, and we look forward to his latest work!
