The Peacthree Village International Film Festival Starts Thursday 9/24

The Peachtree Village International Film Festival begins with opening night festivities on Thursday, 9/24, and continues with film screenings and workshops on Friday (9/25), Saturday (9/26) and Sunday (9/27). Here is a description of the opening night event at the Renaissance Hotel in downtown ATL:

The event will feature music, advanced extended trailer screening of Pastor Brown featuring Nicole Ari Parker, Rockmond Dunbar, Tasha Smith and more. A Q&A session will follow the screening with writer Rhonda Baraka and actor/director Rockmond Dunbar. The opening night will end with the premiere of "The Stick Up Kids" starring Mel Jackson, Hawthrone James, Tariq Alexander, Bryce Wilson and more. The screening will start at 9:30 p.m. A Q&A session will follow the screening. This event is being held at the Renaissance Hotel (Downtown Atlanta)on Sep. 24th at 7 p.m.
Tickets may be purchased online. Most screenings will take place at Underground Atlanta.
