So I didn't make it to theater today. With the seep freeze plaguing the ATL, I decided to snuggle up to my space heater. But I did watch
Skills Like This through my Netflix subscription. It's a little indie flick and a I remember seeing a trailer for it, but don't recall if it made it to any metro multiplexes. Anyway, its about a guy who believes he sucks as a playwright and is not quite sure what he's going to do about it. On a whim, he decides to rob a bank and discovers he's kind of good at it. So over the course of a few days he steals stuff, falls in love, and tries to figure out his life. I liked it because it was quirky. Also, the lead character had a pretty badass afro for a white guy. Check it out if you have some time.
